Working closely with Ashton Court Groups' IT consultants to ensure the User Interface worked in harmony with their chosen CRM, we were tasked with enhancing the customer experience and improving the click-through rate when purchasing their own Paramedic-led Training.

We did this by turning the original layout on it's head and creating a 'Course Finder' that sat prominently in the page followed by a section showing 'popular courses', 'special offer courses'. This gave the client flexibility by allowing them to highlight and promote different types of course as necessary.
